I can’t believe Christmas Eve is here already. It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating the 4th of July. Where, oh where has the time gone?
I’d like to wish everyone a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and a joyous and HAPPY NEW YEAR. For those who aren’t celebrating the holidays, I’d like to wish you joyous days and much happiness.
In case I don’t get the opportunity to stop by your blog this weekend to wish you HAPPY HOLIDAYS, please know that is my wish for everyone. I am so thankful for each and everyone of you. I look forward to the coming year and the interaction and friendship we share.
This year Christmas will be completely different for us with my mother-in-law’s Alzheimer’s being more active. Last year she was able to enjoy bits of Christmas (a favorite holiday for her). She understood that it was Christmas and enjoyed the lights. This year she has no understanding of the holiday and can’t seem to comprehend the lights. However, we are most thankful that she and my father-in-law are at least still with us.
For those who have sick love ones, we wish speedy recovery. For those who have lost a loved one (human and/or animal), we wish for loving memories to help heal. Above all, we wish peace and love to everyone. May God Bless.
Right back you, Mason! You've brought me hours of enjoyment here a Thoughts In Progress!
