Today I’m delighted to share with you one of the books I read during my time away.
REACHING FOR TRUST
Thanks to her outrageous
onstage costumes, pop star Trina can conceal her identity while working in Bloo
Moose and writing her next album, all while avoiding a stalker.
Running a Sugar Shack should be easy for a burned-out lawyer, but Jack is soon
in over his head. His sweet and sexy new office manager isn’t helping with his
focus.
Unaware that his last case has ongoing repercussions, Jack attributes the
problems at the shack to Trina’s errors and his inexperience.
When evidence points to false conclusions, they’ll both have to learn how to
trust if they want a future together.
Now my thoughts ….
When you pick up a book
intending to read just the first page only to discover you are in the middle of
chapter five when you put it down, you know you have found a really great book.
REACHING FOR TRUST is just that kind of
book. The author quickly pulls you into the characters’ world and makes you
feel apart of it. You enjoy that some of the characters return from previous
stories as they feel like friends you know. But meeting the new characters and sharing
their adventure is almost hypnotizing.
The author has created
characters that are likable, well-developed, and engaging. She pulls you into
the story with captivating details of the land, the community, and its people.
The interaction and
chemistry between Trina and Jack will have you laughing, on the verge of tears,
and smiling with delight. Their love story will touch your heart giving hope
that soul mates do find their way to each other.
This is the sixth
installment in the Bloo Moose Romance series but can be read as a standalone.
However, without reading the entire series, in order, you will be missing out
on a fascinating journey filled with memorable characters, intriguing stories,
and a setting you wish you could visit in person.
REACHING FOR TRUST is a story that you won’t
be able to put down as it draws you into a world of love and hope. An added
bonus is a lovable dog named Swindler that has some scene-stealing moments of
his own. Romance, suspense, drama, music, an adorable dog, picturesque scenery…...what’s
not to love?
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Have you ever read a series that draws you in and causes you to want a separate story for every character mentioned?
Jemi has been on a roll hasn't she? I love her writing and cannot wait until I have whittled my unread towers down to the point where I can dive into her Bloo Moose series.
