ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how influential those books have been, Mason! And this film, I know, got a lot of viewers interested in reading the books if they hadn't already. To me, that's a good thing.
ReplyDeleteThere was such a lot of buzz about the books in the late 60s and they didn't really appeal to me then, but I've become to admire writers of fantasy since I've started writing myself and will give them a try. I have watched the other movies but not The Hobbit.
