A Match Made In Texas (+ Giveaways)

The weather this winter has been a bit crazy with record snow falls and extremely cold temperatures. One way to keep warm in this unseasonably long cold spell is by adding a little romance to your daily life.

A Match Made in Texas coverWhat better way to add that romance than to read about the Bramble Texas Sheriff and a good girl gone bad? A MATCH MADE IN TEXAS, the sixth installment in author Katie Lane’s bestselling Deep in the Heat of Texas Series, has the heat to warm up those cold days. A MATCH MADE IN TEXAS was released yesterday.

Thanks to Katie and Fareeda at Grand Central Publishing, visitors to Thoughts in Progress have a chance to win some awesome prizes during Katie’s A MATCH MADE IN TEXAS Blog Tour. Please see the end of the post for the giveaway details.

Here’s a brief synopsis of A MATCH MADE IN TEXAS:

Living with four over-protective brothers is enough to make a good girl go bad. But the day Brianne Cates hits the road for a taste of freedom, she gets more trouble than she bargained for when she's arrested by a sexy sheriff in mirrored shades. Now doing a stint of community service, she's not going to let a cowboy cop like Dusty Hicks mess with her newfound independence-even if he awakens every wicked fantasy she's ever had.
In Bramble, Texas, Dusty is the law. That means no leniency for the gorgeous rebel whose highway antics almost got them both killed. The divorced lawman doesn't need another rich, pampered princess, even if Brianne has the lushest body and sweetest smile in the whole darn state. But even as Brianne proves that she lives to walk on the wild side, Dusty begins to wonder if maybe he has what it takes to tame her.

A MATCH MADE IN TEXAS is available at the following sites: Amazon, Barnes and Noble, iTunes, and Goodreads.

Yes, this is the winter that will not end! Did y'all get snow there? We saw a couple of flakes here, although the mountains of NC got quite a bit...

    1. Elizabeth, we didn't have snow but we did see some snow flakes throughout the day. Our temperature drop to 26 last night and that was rough. Maybe spring will come soon.

  10. You know, all these reminders that you live in New Mexico, Katie, has made me homesick for those New Mexico skies...with their cloud formations and sunsets...aren't they fantastic!? I liked the simpler lifestyle too, as opposed to the fast life here in California. Sigh. Perhaps reading your Texas series will soothe me . . . jdh2690@gmail.com
