How Does The Music Move You?

Strike up the band DOUBLE TIME, the next greatly anticipated installment in author Olivia Cunning’s Sinners on Tour series, will soon be released.

backstage passAs part of the pre-tour launch campaign, Sourcebooks is graciously offering two wonderful prize packs to readers who comment on this post by 8 p.m. (EST) on Saturday, Oct. 13. Two winners will each receive a copy of BACKSTAGE PASS and ROCK HARD, books one and two in the series. The giveaway is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada only.

It’s all about sex, love and rock’n roll in this hot erotic romance series by Olivia. The series features a rock band called the Sinners, five hot young musicians touring the country and basking in their fame and all the glory--and sex--that goes with it...and one by one, falling in love.

Are you a rock’n roll fan? I’m curious as to how deep the music runs in your veins. Here’s some questions for you. Remember, commenting Rock Hardenters you in the giveaway (unless you’d rather not be entered, which is okay too but I’m still curious how the music moves you).
* Do you remember what was the first concert you attended?
* What is the coolest souvenir you have ever bought at a concert that you still have?
* Has your love of music lead you to play an instrument?
* Have you ever been in a band?
* What band would you want to be a groupie for?
* What was your favorite concert?
* If you started a band, what would the name be?
* Who is your favorite lead singer?

Combining her love for romantic fiction and rock ‘n roll, Olivia writes erotic romance centered around rock musicians.

Raised on hard rock music from the cradle, she attended her first Styx concert at age six and fell instantly in love with live music. She's been known to travel over a thousand miles just to see a favorite band in concert. As a teen, Olivia discovered her second love, romantic fiction -- first, voraciously reading steamy romance novels and then penning her own.

The first installment in Olivia’s Sinners on Tour series, BACKSTAGE PASS, was released by Sourcebooks in October 2010. It was followedDouble Time by ROCK HARD in April 2011 and DOUBLE TIME will be released in November.

Olivia also writes paranormal and fantasy romance under the penname, Olivia Downing.

Be sure to share how the music moves you (and leave your email address in your comment if it’s not included in your profile) for a chance to win one of the two prize packs. As for me, I’m a fan of the rock’n roll music from the 70s.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. Hope you have a wonderful day taking time to enjoy a good book and listen to a favorite song.

  2. I was always very much into soul music and didn't really get into rock n roll. I don't think I'd get much sleep with those books on my nightstand - LOL

  3. My first concert ever was a Paul Simon concert in 1968. Summer, outdoors and wonderful. I did not receive a souvenir at any concert. I don't play an instrument, nor have I ever been in a band. A band groupie for Blue Rodeo. My favorite concert was a Leonard Cohen event. A band name would be the sweets. My favorite lead singer is Jim Cuddy. elliotbencan(at)hotmail(dot)com

  6. Music is emotional and inspiring when it is paired with a beautiful movie, as a soundtrack. It moves me and is unforgettable. My favorite music is from the 50's and 60's when rock and roll was new and special. saubleb(at)gmail(dot)com
